Hotel booking
The conference is held at Municipality Hall (Konstitucijos prospect 3.) and Hotel Best Western, Vilnius, Lithuania.
You are kindly requested to make your own hotel room reservation – We recommend the following hotel options – to favourable prices.
We have a special price agreement with the following three hotels (Best Western, Holiday Inn and Radisson SAS Blue). You can book them yourselves and give the code “NordAN”. The special price policy is open one month before the beginning of the conference (till 21.9.2011).
All the hotels are nearby the Municipality Hall.
Please read this before booking:
- If you cannot get the booking form working, please contact straight to hotel booking of their own and book there and give the code "nordan"
- Please notice that we have not enough time to arrange the sightseeing on sunday afternoon because the flights are leaving so early (you can book and pay it by yourselves)
- Please notice that we have the only drug session on saturday, not on friday.
